Estancia muy agradable en el establecimiento. Recibimiento en recepción correcto, profesional y atento. Nos atendieron las señoritas Beatriz y Paloma. La habitación muy bien equipada y comfortable. Buen servicio de pisos.

The hotel is very modern and chic, but the 'presidential suite' was anything but modern or chic. Furniture that would have been appropriate in a hotel 20 years ago or in grandma's house. No electrical outlets where you need them to work. TV in bedroom didn't work and although mentioned to front desk every day never fixed or replaced. No luggage racks in the huge closet, so had to put luggage on the floor. Desk in bedroom so had to bother other person trying to sleep if working at desk. Drain clogged balcony so unable to use without getting wet. Has the manager ever stayed in this suite? Breakfast good, but we were turned away one day saying we hadn't paid even though we showed our 'bed and breakfast' confirmation.

We had a lovely suite, a bit worn for the price, and stop in one sink, but a lovely terrace compensated for the lack of renewal. Great breakfast, and crew.

Very nice hotel and breakfast. Lovely warm swimming pool. Good location for Train & Bus stations, and shopping. A 20 minute walk to historic centre.
